It doesn't happen often, but just by the law of averages, the occasional dispute between our valued contract carriers and our operating offices can arise.
Here's a tip: disputes are best resolved right when the problem is occurring. If any carrier has any type of problem with a CRST Logistics shipment, it is crucial that you communicate with us immediately before calling in empty.
